Monte Cassino

Monte Cassino

War Drama / Feature Film

Survival comes at a price.

During the siege of Monte Cassino, a humble baker and his family are torn apart by war and must navigate a deadly landscape to reunite before the horrors of war tear them apart for good.

In war-torn Italy, the ancient abbey of Monte Cassino becomes the epicenter of one of World War Il's deadliest battles. When their village is destroyed in the siege, baker Giuseppe Rossi and his family are torn apart. Giuseppe and his wife flee in one direction, their teenage son and daughter in another, while little Federico, the youngest, is left to fend for himself in the ruins of their shattered home.

As Nazi forces occupy the village and Allied troops advance, Giuseppe faces an unthinkable choice: collaborate with the enemy to protect his family or risk everything to resist. With time running out and danger at every turn, the family must navigate a war-ravaged landscape to find each other again. But as Giuseppe's moral struggles deepen, he learns survival isn't just about staying alive —it's about holding on to what truly matters before it's lost forever.
